I never thought while I was growing up 2 houses up from the fire station I would be a vol. in a fire dept 1500 miles away. Your website it great & you have come far. Good job.

My father, brothers and I would like to thank the GVFD First Responders for the services rendered to my mother, France Bell, during the past several years. This is also a good time to thank all involved with the Fire Department when the family sugaring business went up in flames. You all came to the rescue of the family when they needed you most. Guilford has a wonderful gem in the community. Justin Bell, Amelia Island, Florida
We can't thank the GVFD enough for their extraordinary work when our house burned, 1/12/09. I grew up a FD kid, as my parents were heavily involved with the dept. We're so lucky to have all of you--thanks again.
Nice looking website and department.
Anyone in area have info on American Hydraulic Co, a fire engine builder from 1825-1835 in Guilford?
Cleveland, Ohio had one 1829-1840.
